Returns & Exchanges

At Alea Active, we want you to be in love with your purchases! We understand that sometimes with online shopping you may want to return an item as you realise it is not suitable when it arrives.  If this should ever occur, feel free to shoot us an email at laura@aleathelabel.com, we are always very happy to help you in choosing another item for exchange. 

We also offer a refund on any full-priced items purchased - all items must be returned in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached) and received within 14 days of receipt of order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders.

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on Sale items.

 

How do I return goods for a refund?

If you wish to return a purchase for refund please email laura@aleathelabel.com. In the email please forward / attach a copy of your purchase receipt and indicate the reason for your return. You will then be sent a confirmation email with return address. Please ensure that proof of purchase is included in the package. A refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.

 

How do I return goods for an exchange?

If you wish to return a purchase for exchange please laura@aleathelabel.com. Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour of the original style purchased. (This does not include Sale items.)

Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or colour, please advise of this when you email laura@aleathelabel.com. All postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Should stock no longer be available for exchange (colour or size), a refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
